I honestly can’t say enough good things about this shop and the people who work here. Living in a small town like Van Alstyne, it means a lot to have a place you can take your car and actually trust the people working on it.
The entire team has been wonderful to work with. They are honest about what my car needs and, just as importantly, what it doesn’t need. They take the time to explain things and work with me to make sure I’m spending money on the repairs that actually need to be done. I never feel like I’m being sold something I don’t need, which is a big deal when car repairs can get expensive.
They’ve even given me a ride back home when my car needed to stay in the shop for an extended period of time. That may seem like a small thing, but it really shows how much they care about their customers.
And I have to give a special shout-out to Kim, the manager. Kim is an absolute pleasure to work with. She is incredibly kind, honest, and genuinely cares about her customers. What I really appreciate is the way she treats her employees, too. She is respectful and kind to them, and you can tell she truly cares about the people who work for her. That says a lot about her and the kind of business she runs.
I’m really thankful to have a shop like this right here in Van Alstyne. Good, honest people who do good work are hard to find, and this team is exactly that. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend them to friends, family, or anyone looking for a trustworthy place to take their car.
